Sales & delivery terms

General terms for purchasing treatments and services from Gevity AS.

Sist oppdatert: 23. april 2026

1. Parties and scope

These Sales & Delivery Terms (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Gevity AS, business reg. no. 937 274 122, Svanholmen 2, 4033 Stavanger, Norway (“Gevity”, “we”) and the consumer (“customer”, “you”) who books treatments, drop-in sessions, subscriptions or other services from Gevity.

2. Age limit

All Gevity treatments are restricted to individuals who have reached the age of 18 years. No exceptions are made.

3. Formation of contract

A binding agreement is formed when the customer completes a booking, accepts the Terms, and receives confirmation from Gevity by email or SMS.

4. Prices

All prices are quoted in Norwegian kroner (NOK) including VAT where applicable. Prices are internally stored in ører (smallest divisible unit) to ensure accurate accounting.

Important: By purchasing a subscription you accept the commitment period stated for the selected package. Commitment length, notice period, and renewal terms are specified per subscription in the subscription terms. Single purchases and drop-in sessions have no commitment.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through Vipps ePayment as the primary payment method. Payment is made directly to Gevity AS.

6. Delivery

Services are delivered both digitally (booking confirmation and a time-limited access code) and physically (the customer performs the treatment on-site within the booked time window).

7. Cancellation and changes

The customer may cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations within this deadline are refunded automatically to the original payment method (Vipps), and any punch-card credit is returned. The deadline is shown dynamically in the Gevity app.

For cancellations later than 24 hours before the start time, no refund is given and a used punch-card credit is not returned. Failure to show up (no-show) also gives no refund.

The customer may change the time of («reschedule») a booking free of charge to any other available time whenever there is capacity — including close to the start time. Rescheduling does not affect payment. Within the 24-hour deadline, rescheduling is therefore the alternative to losing the payment.

8. Right of withdrawal

The Norwegian Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) applies to consumer distance sales. See the separate Right of Withdrawal page.

9. Customer obligations

The customer is responsible for reading safety instructions, complying with house rules, and abstaining from treatments when medically contraindicated.

10. Gevity's liability

Liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid for the service in the preceding twelve months, unless mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.

11. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing to support@gevity.no.

12. Force majeure

Neither party is in breach if performance is prevented by circumstances beyond its control.

13. Changes to the Terms

Gevity may amend the Terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect.

14. Dispute resolution

The Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Venue is the Conciliation Board of Stavanger in the first instance and Stavanger District Court thereafter.
